Keep your secret. It’s a creole proverb. Over and over again I hear it in my head. Keep your secret. It goes along the lines of “know thy self” and when you know yourself then you should keep your secret.

Wel for some(like me) its a lesson to be learned over and over again whenever one is faced with how much one shows or tells about them self in any new situation in live.
It’s not only a proverb but a motto we should repeat in our heads. Sometimes I wished I knew it when I was younger
