Keep your secret.  It’s a creole proverb.  Over and over again I hear it in my head. Keep your secret.  It goes along the lines of “know thy self” and when you know yourself then you should keep your secret.

    I hope you don’t mind. My mama sang this Creole proverb to my sister whenever she confided in the wrong friends.
    If one truly knows oneself – one should keep one’s secret closer to one’s pillows;-)

    Wel for some(like me) its a lesson to be learned over and over again whenever one is faced with how much one shows or tells about them self in any new situation in live.
